Our unique multi-mode resonator technology and microwave control technology have broken the foreign technology monopoly. We independently developed 6kW and 10kW “high-performance, high-productivity, high-speed” MPCVD equipment, which is mass-produced and shipped domestically, meeting the growth demands of both single-crystal and polycrystalline diamonds.
